Shipping policy

SkinThea currently delivers within South Africa using The Courier Guy.

Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment has been successfully received.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

• Estimated delivery timeframe: 3–5 business days, depending on destination and courier availability.

• Remote areas may require additional delivery time.

• Delivery is strictly via courier — no collections are available from our location.

Delivery Fee

• Standard delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on The Courier Guy’s options (door, point, locker, or kiosk).

Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery Delays

• Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside SkinThea’s control.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

• Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact SkinThea.

• We will investigate with The Courier Guy and decide whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
